Configuring Intervals for Intermediate SDRs

If you configure the device to generate Intermediate ("INTERMEDIATE") SDRs, you also need to configure the intervals. Intermediate SDRs are generated during an established call. You can configure when during the call to generate the first SDR and the interval between each subsequently generated SDR.

To configure intervals for Intermediate SDRs:
1. Open the Session Detail Record Settings page (Troubleshoot menu > Troubleshoot tab > Session Detail Record folder > Session Detail Record Settings), and then scroll to the General Settings group:

2. In the 'First Intermediate Interval' field, enter the time (in minutes) of the call at which you want the device to generate the first Intermediate SDR. If you enter "0", this parameter is ignored.
3. In the 'Periodic Intermediate Interval' field, enter the interval (in minutes) between each generated Intermediate SDRs. The first interval is counted from the time configured in the 'First Intermediate Interval' field. For example, assume that the 'First Intermediate Interval' field is configured to 5 and the 'Periodic Intermediate Interval' field to 20. In this setup, the device generates the first SDR at 5 minutes of the call, generates the next SDR at the 25th minute of the call (i.e., 5 + 20), and then generates an SDR every 20 minutes after that.
4. Click Apply.

The following are examples of Intermediate SDR configuration:
